Fig & Spice doesn’t have a list of menu items to choose from at a set cost. We work with your budget and any theme you would like for your event. Indian? Spanish? Greek? Italian? Syrian? Creole? Ethiopian? Menus are tailored to the over-all theme of the event, keeping in mind the availability of the regional bounty.
Fig & Spice aims to use all natural and organic ingredients, including – but not limited to – all proteins, fruits, and vegetables. Obviously, it costs more, but the difference in the quality of the finished product is apparent, and is a practice I follow in my own household. Shopping for organic and natural products is a balance between trying to purchase locally sourced items and finding the best price base for what are normally much higher-priced ingredients. As such, you will not find heirloom tomato salad offered on a menu in December – or blood oranges served at a summer event!
